The firm advises and defends its clients in disputes relating to anticompetitive practices, whether horizontal or vertical agreements or abuse of a dominant position.
Our work covers both the preventive phase and the litigation phase, from dawn raids and investigations by the European Commission or the French Competition Authority through to appeals before the French and European courts.
SB Law also assists its clients in actions for damages caused by anticompetitive practices (follow-on and stand-alone claims).

- Advising a payment systems company in connection with a complaint for anticompetitive practices;
- Advising several clients in connection with dawn raids conducted by the Competition Authority and/or the European Commission;
- Advising a pharmaceutical company in connection with an investigation for non-compliance with commitments imposed by the French Competition Authority;
- Advising an audiovisual company in an abuse of dominance litigation before the Paris Commercial Court and the French Competition Authority;
- Advising a French food company in damages actions following a decision by the French Competition Authority;
- Advising a multinational pharmaceutical company on compliance programs and competition law training.
